Oriol Costa, co-PI of EUSOV, co-organised the workshop “Contested but resilient: Accounting for the endurance of EU foreign policy” on February 8-9 at the Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI). The workshop was part of the COST Action ENTER (EU Foreign Policy Facing New Realities) and, together with Oriol Costa, is co-organised by Helene Sjursen (UiO), Ana Juncos (UoB) and Patrick Müller (UVIENNA). Another IBEI researcher, Diego Badell, is also participating.
