The first meeting of the EUSOV project was held at IBEI on 13 December. This is a project led by principal investigators Esther Barbé (IBEI-UAB) and Oriol Costa (IBEI-UAB). And it aims to to shed light on the emergence of European sovereignty in a world of systemic rivalry.
